Response time was within an hour and being the holidays wasn't expecting to get my PC sorted but got it done on the same day.
Also my lap top had some issues and was recommended to have it replaced ,Aaron replaced the lap top and recovered the data.
I highly recommend Hitek for there swift service and at reasonable prices.
