bad communication, wanted my keyboard repaired. said they would ring back to update nothing. had to go in and ask about it, they said they ordered the part and would be there but nothing.

Overall not the best experience for me, I took my laptop in and they did diagnose the issue but I had to call up myself after they held my laptop for 2 days to confirm the issue instead of them calling me. I didn't end up getting my laptop fixed but when I got home I saw there were 4 screws missing to which I took it back and was lied to where they said I already was missing those screws but I have actually taken those out myself before and all of them were there when I did it. Thankfully the lady was nice enough to put the screws back in without issue when I came back in. Although when I got home one of the screws was too long inside my laptop and was pushing out the clip connecting my laptops case together so I had to remove it myself and just not use it all together. Although it wasn't anything performance wise for my laptop it was sad to see that my laptop was treated this way. I really wouldn't recommend, I am not going back here for any repairs.
