        Slow, no phone to ring so you have to come in and the 1 lady working the counter is just sooo slow useless

        I took a day off work to sort guardianship out for my kids and I went into the Papakura court was served by a girl who told me thanks for my efforts in printing out and completing a 16 page document (this was sent to me by the contact centre so I went in ready) but it was the incorrect form. So I then was given a yellow form which I completed at the court. Once done I go to give it in and a guy says sorry wrong form, the first one was correct and I also needed to completed 9 other sets of forms. So I do this and now I get a letter from the court registry saying my application is incomplete as I have no affidavit in support and information sheet. HONESTLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF bloody annoying
