        Called up to ask about the new monthly invoice change that they notified us about last year in terms of when this was going to start. Been told it will take 2-3 days for someone from the accounts team to notify us about. No point calling customer care for answers when you get fobbed off

        There is a smell that has started to come out of our fresh water at home, all outlets including our hose. Called Veolia on Monday 7:00PM and never received a call back or an update. Smell is still coming from our water, only way to remove this is by boiling / cooling.

        Deliberately delay leak repairs. As well as delay informing customers that a leak has been identified. Then charge for services not received. Customer services are polite but have been well trained to use the word "unfortunate" .
