        It has been probably the best service Ive received in any medical centre in NZ. You completely get the feeling they care about your physical and mental health. The staff was really kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

        Went to this family clinic today and I have to give a big thanks to the doctor Shan. She explained the procedure to me and made me feel comfortable. As uncomfortable as the procedure was, she was professional gentle and made sure I was ok at all times. I highly recommend her. If there were 10 stars I would give it to her.

        1st time at the Papakura facility and I am amazed at how organised it is run. Having been to New Market and Otara, I have to say this is the best - fee is much lower than New Market and great customer service too. I was welcomed by very nice receptionist and Dr Shan. Couldnt ask for more

        Spoke to a lovely lass today at booked phone app at 2.40! She was great, so thorough yet efficient and made me feel like a human that she cared about. Great staff member!!
