Absolutely not worth your money , avoid using this place . Went in for a haircut, colour and straightening and was charged $265. This included a $150 charge for haircut (long hair). My hair when I went in was really short (above my shoulders). So really I was charged $150 for her cutting 1-2cm off. On my way out I asked and was given a pamphlet and this wasnt a reflection of what I was charged . When followed up I was told the pamphlet I took was prices from two years ago so not accurate and told to check online page for accurate prices ? I was then sent a pic of my invoice which was still the same charging me for long hair cut etc. Just moved into this area and looking for a regular hairdresser definitely will not be using this one in the future. Ripping off customers which in the long run wont benefit them at all. All this took forever, they only had one hairdresser who then allowed another customer to come in knowing she was by herself , so I had to sit and wait while she tended to her .
