        Martial Fitness is more like a family to me. I have been there for more than 5 years, Sensei Dan is both experienced and supportive. Staffs are always warm and helpful. I also brought my 5 years old daughter there to do training, great for the kids to have fun and learn some valuable knowledge in the Dojo. Highly recommended!

        Excellent place to learn and build confidence. Positive, respectful and fun environment where kids are encouraged to push themselves. No shame culture and older kids are leading by example. So glad we found this after trying a few other martial arts groups.
