NZ Post Shop Papakura South

I went to post a lot of Christmas cards and parcels and I asked for one in particular to be tracked so paid for a tracked bag. Asked for the tracking details and was told its on the receipt and asked to move out of the shop so the next person could come in (COVID restrictions). I got home to see there is no tracking details on my receipt, so rung the post shop who once again told me its on the receipt I told him it was not and was told oh well nothing else I can do. The item has not arrived and it was a Xmas gift worth around $100 and I cannot track or claim compensation due to lack of a tracking number. Terrible service.

Made a mistake but the guy at the counter was really cool about it and said don't worry it happens. I don't know his name but his ethnicity appears to be Indian. Thank you so much for being really kind. Shout-out to NZ Post for choosing the right people for the job!
