Really bad experience with management

I had a bad experience. Was my sons first day. My wife went with him. Teacher advised to stay for half an hour. She left him there and came back. All of sudden she went again to see how he is? Found him terribly crying in front of a teacher while he was attending outdoor play time, she was just looking at him, no effort to settle him. When teacher saw my wife and verbalised its not in our policy to pick child. What a ridiculous policy. How child will be settled if teacher will have no interaction. My wife feel the child is being neglected. Even some other children were unsettled but no one attempted to make them comfortable. My wife was shocked to see all this. She was in tears was unhappy with the behaviour and took my son back home. As a parent I dont feel safe and comfortable to leave my son in this situation and will not recommend others as well.

We really had a bad experience with blossoms educare papakura. The condition of the kids was horrible. We have sent our 14 months old boy to this kindergarten. As a first day the staff suppose to give us orientation about the facilities, but their staff just advise the mother of boy to leave him and go home. She didnt even bother to ask about the likes and dislikes of baby. As the mother has to leave him alone. But she was very upset and after some time she tried to call the staff but they said we are busy with feeding the kids call us back. And then she decided to go back to the kindy when she reached there she saw her kid was crying badly and some other kids too. She noticed the kids have running noses , carpet was really dirty, And she decided to take him out from there at same time . Dont even think to send your kids to this place.
