Fashion Nails

I asked for gel nail removal and instead of soaking my nails first they just buffed it out using the machine that's meant for acrylics. It hurt afterwards. After starting, the technician asked if my nails were my natural nails or acrylics, I told her they were real but she continued anyway. My nails are now badly damaged and it's been almost two weeks since I got it done.

Got my nails done today, nails looking great but I think they should focus more on their customer service. I think the shop is under new management now, 2 young ladies are managing the shop, both not very welcoming and acting so bossy! While trying to talk to them but response rudely.

I have tried coue of other nail places in Papakura, this one is the best. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Love the diamonds on my nails
