For over a decade I trusted her with my properties while away in Australia but upon return found my property in totally abject , pathetic condition. This was inspite of me helping her throughout the 10 years and showing trust by staying with her when she started her own company. But the fee structure was changed without even informing me and later I found there were tons of people sharing the property. The property was handed over in such a condition that any other person would have taken her to the courts. All the cleaning was done at my expense, the tenant owed me lots of money. There was promise of my money being recovered without fail and then there was no word at all. These people should not be allowed in the property market and be black listed. Landlords beware.

Very unprofessional. Very Rude when on calls. will be extremely helpfull and fast but once contract is signed contact stops and calls are ignored. if this is questioned you will be berated and told "how dear you tell me how to do my job"
