I am very concerned about your covid safety to patients in your centre. Everyone has to fill out a form using the same clip boards and pen. These are not wiped down after each person uses them. I asked the lady at the desk and she said they are to busy to wipe them down. Am not happy with the response.

I had to come by to comment after a fantastic experience. Staff were so helpful and friendly. My sonographer was extremely professional, sensitive and caring. She really put me at ease. I so wish I'd come here during my 2 pregnancies. Truly recommend this place.

Agree with the previous reviews of reception staff. If you hate your job, get a new one. The technicians are lovely though. I had avoided this clinic after a poor experience years ago and instead driving to Botany for my frequent ultrasounds despite living in Papakura. Due to time constraints, I booked my most recent scan here and nothing had changed. The receptionist didnt even look up from her computer when I walked in, just held her hand out for my referral form and told me to take a seat. When I was walking out, I could see she was watching sports on her computer I honestly dont know how employees like this keep their position.

The Sonographer as absolutely lovely and couldnt have been more pleasant and sweet. However the medical receptionists reduced me to tears more than once. They were were rude, insulting and basically made me feel like I was wasting their time, despite having a high risk pregnancy. I would never return to Papakura branch because of them. No one deserves to be treated so horribly on more than one occasion by more than one receptionist. As a medical professional myself I was very disappointed.

Seems to be a common issue with the branch at Papakura. POOR service from receptionists. Judging from the other reviews, I don't need to elaborate. Sonographer on the other hand, AWESOME! Front office staff, lift your game!
