Awesome initial service Nathan was great to deal with. I guess they wanted my money. However when one of the four new GT radials I bought off them let go on me. The follow up service was absolutely shocking. I ended up stranded on the motorway and called their call centre. The area manager called me and offered assistants but the assistants never came. I ended up having to get towed off the motorway at $250 then spent the night sleeping in my car. I would avoid dealing with Carters tyres or buying a GT radial if you dont wish to partake in any of the above. 1 star rating is far to high.

Nathan went to great lengths to procure the two uncommon sized tyres for my light truck. Very happy with the service and price was good as well. Would recommend Carters Tyres of Papakura for your tyre needs.
