I hired the 20 seater vehicle with less than 24 hours notice. The 20 seater vehicle was old and worn out but reliable and well worth the cheap rental price paid. Bond was returned after 2 business days. The team at Papakura Minivan Rentals were kind, honest and easy to communicate with. I look foward to hiring from them again

Van was all good and service was fine at the beginning. However, the reasons for the low star rating was the service when we returned the van. We returned the van and was advised by the owner after he did a quick view of the van, that everything was good. He even advised us that there were no issues with the and proceeded to organize the refund, even though we were not advised to bring the ATM card for the refund. We advised him of this to which he said that they will organize the refund as we had sent the bank account details via email, also according to their instructions. However, the next morning we received a text message and phone call to advise us that there was a scratch on the van to which we will be liable for. Obviously we were very bemused with this, especially after we were advised that there no issues with the van. We did not inspect the van together on the return, the van was dropped off the day before with assurances everything was fine. Obviously we felt let down and ripped by this and were told we will need to pay $322 for this small damage and wont be receiving a full bond refund, even though there were other damages on the van that had not been remedied. We've never received this kind of service before from other providers and advised anyone who hires from here to check the van thoughroughly before you take it and when you return it, get your refund on the day, get written confirmation everything is good once checked. In fact I recommend to stay away from this place as it seems like a normal thing.

We never got a return of our deposit even though they were given several weeks notice that we could not use the vehicle based on the fact that they told us a P endorsed was all that was required which was incorrect. This is not a rental minibus business operated with integrity. I would not recommend them and I am in tourism. Dodgy, dishonest and a business you should steer clear of.

Worst-case ever. He tried to say we broke his bus but we had videos it was dangerous and it wasn't clean. Dangerous vans and busses. Never sgain
