After the initial exchange of emails, they ignored my emails, despite repeated requests to reply to me. Ignored all my 3 emails.
Ended up buying the same product from another supplier, called Irrigation Express, which was not only cheaper, but provided a superb customer service, helping me through the whole process.
Will never buy anything from Ruralwater.
