eightlimb yoga + pilates

I happened to be in town and looked up a pilates/yoga location and eightlimb had the best reviews and rightfully so. Staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating in ensuring a relaxing atmosphere with great attention to detail as you enter through the door. Thank you Aimee and Lauren for orienting and welcoming me in. You definitely challenged my body for better core strength and range of motion while clearing my mind during a very busy season. Definitely will be back when I return to town.

5 Stars for sure! Love doing the reformer classes every week. Aimee does an amazing job making everyone feel comfortable and welcome, great for any level of fitness and you really feel the burn!

Great studio ! I love coming here. Aimee is a wonderful instructor who puts a lot of thought and effort into her classes. She offers lots of options for all abilities and ensures your form is correct. Eightlimb has a friendly, welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend!!!
