Contracting the service was a real life experience for me that I did not know when and for what occasions accountants charge for various reasons. It's good to research what associates as billable hours by accountants before just sending a mere email. She did answer for my inquiry but definitely did not go and beyond which I should have been more vague or more accurate in asking what I would really want to know. My mistake I guess but a good lesson for me reaching out to an accountant for the first time, next time I know exactly who to reach out to and what questions to ask. Clearly quoting what exactly that you would want to get out of when paying substantial amount of money is key and do more research beforehand.

I contacted the business over the Christmas and NY holidays and promptly received a response and Connie took the time to give me a 30 min complimentary consult to see if they could help me. Unfortunately they didn't provide the assistance I needed as I needed a US tax specialist but if they had been able to help me I would have gladly worked with them!

Connie has been so helpful! I worked with her in 2019 and I was devastated when she left her prior company.
