Only reason to eat here is if you're desperate. We ordered a frittata. They forgot about it and when we reminded them, they couldn't have been less interested. It took absolutely ages and they weren't very busy. I could've made a frittata in that time. Horrible, sulky staff member, slammed down the food. A smile would've cracked her face. Once we finally got the food, it was virtually inedible. So salty - and I love salt. My partner even left some and he was ravenous. These kind of places do NZ tourism no favours.

Ordered coffee cake and it was REALLY hard :( to the point where the butter cream and cake just fell apart every time you stick your fork into it. You can just tell its very old, which means they continue to sell off/bad food come on guys we pay the airport price so the least you can do is give us fresh food. Coffee wasnt made properly had to go back and change it and she didnt put chocolate on top of the cappuccino.

Cute cafe and ambience, but Id have to agree that the coffee tastes burnt. The bagel was good though.

Don't give these people your money. Despite their being tonnes of room to sit on a pretty quiet day at the airport, the manager resused to let me sit for five minutes to eat my sandwich from another restaurant. I was going to buy a muffin to go but after being treated like a second-class citizen, I'd never spend a dime at this dump. It takes a special kind of horrible to turn tired travelers away. Makes Dunkin Donuts look like a great alternative. Avoid.
