Appearance

I was happy when I had my treatments here but I did not realise they had closed down, I did not receive an email or text informing me. I tried emailing and submitting the refund form on the website many times over the last few months but have heard nothing back (I pre-paid for treatments).

I made payment in advance, now they said they can't find it in their system, I sent them the bank statement ask them to check, there are no one response at all, what the hell with those people?!!!never take responsibility of what they are doing, difficult to trust!!!!!!!!!!!! untill today 20/12/2021Never respone even get intouch for refund regarding they can't offer services with the convenince they used to had, dealy of respone, reject of refund even they can't make it work, complain to commerce commission, if there are still not respone, raise this business to Disputes Tribunal!!!!!

I discovered this place through Grabone. I bought the Skin needling coupon. I had 3 sessions of skin needling and my skin got better. Im looking forward to going back for more sessions.

I love going to Appearance! Every time a leave the clinic I feel so good about myself! Cindy is amazing... shes super friendly, very knowledgeable and always makes me feel special! :) For Botox and fillers, I wouldnt go anywhere else but Appearance! Xx

I came here for the first time through a GrabOne, am so glad I booked the maximum number of sessions, because Anna is so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. Had a great first session, already noticed some improvements. Moreover, when I wasn't able to make an appointment, the clinic was kind enough to reschedule me with minimal fuss and effort, which I greatly appreciated. Not all businesses are as understanding towards customers. Highly recommend this place!
