        stunning example of early 50s architecture and mid 70s remodelling interspersed with running repairs and good intentions. I'm sure a lot of nice people live there, im not trying to criticise the architect, it is what it is, that's what you get. someone decided to call it raceway apartments for a reason I don't know what it was though.

        Clean self contained apartments with Bed. Washer/Dryer, Dinning Table, Fridge & Microwave included in most apartments.. You also get a covered off street carpark included in your tenancy... This place is ideal for Students, Overseas workers, or anyone that does not want the hassle of furnishing a place... You can simply move straight in and have it all there for you. No moving costs coming or leaving.. It's a great area in good school zones a stone's throw from Remuera shops. Walking distance to New World supermarket. One minute from the Greenlane motorway off/On ramps making it a breeze to get anywhere you need to go.. A 5 minute walk & Your at the train station plus bus stops right out front..
