        Left hand doesnt appear to know what the right hand should be doing in executing a straight forward will. One mistake after another. First employee was totally incompetent and bordering on rude. Second was good but company let her down by not giving her correct information to begin with. Eventually had had enough and cut my losses. Also wasnt informed at start that this company and the Public Trust are the only two companies in NZ that charge an hourly rate BUT also take a percentage pay out on the value of your estate.

        Regrettably I did my Will & both EPAs here. Customer service was very poor. The adviser didn't know the answers to basic questions. He seemed more interested in hitting his sales target than helping me. Wouldn't recommend them.

        Not happy with the management of my late husbands trust for our children. The trust lost 100,000 a year and my youngest child suffered because of this. Remember you are leaving your money to Perpetual not your children. It is vulnerable.
