Replying to your comment: instead of passing blame take ownership of the terrible service with an attitude. Acknowledge that we have been ordering the same thing for 4 years! To be told one day its no longer available change your processes and deliver the changes to regular customers in a proper manner! Fair comment dont you think! Me and my work colleagues visit often over the 4 years. today we wanted to order our usual junior kebab only to be told with a attitude from a female staff member its for 13s and under when we told her we have been ordering this for a while she told us fine while rolling her eyes. I have never seen this lady and it has always been the men behind the counter. Is this under new management. Let me know so I can tell the our office of 50 plus staff and over 30O students to never return.

Love this location have watched people day and day out disrespecting the workers here, its a kids meal. The amount of temper tantrums Ive watched, every time the staff have handled it beautifully, food is incredible service is incredible. The customers are the problem. LOVE THE STAFF AT KEBABS ON QUEEN

I have changed my feedback because this outlet has new staff. I probably had one on the best Kebab wraps I be ever had today the lady who made it had excellent service skills and makes a mean kebab A++
