I went to Dan with hip, knee and shoulder pain. After 3 sessions I am pain free. It felt slightly uncomfortable when he did the "mechanical" work on muscles and joints but later, as he progressed with his "yin yang". massage, it felt so good my toes splayed and curled. As a counsellor I would recommend Dan for people living with anxiety or depression as it will help reconnect them with their body and process emotions trapped in the body.
