Auckland Oncology

As a patient of Auckland Oncology, renamed from Oncology 161, since 2009, I have had exceptional and caring treatment initially from Paul Thompson, and now Catherine Han. They have always been honest and forthright with the treatments they deem necessary for my well being. All my questions are dealt with truthfully, and I feel I am under the best care available. The nurses are wonderful ladies who treat us with respect and as people, not just a number. They have become friends. Nina Smith

Catherine and the staff at Auckland Oncology provided me with fantastic advice, care and consideration throughout my cancer treatment. Catherine and her team are first class and I sincerely appreciate their professional approach and thank them for the care that they provided for me, making this arduous treatment process that much more bearable .

A cancer diagnosis is the last thing you want to hear, but I count myself truly lucky to have had 6 months of Chemotherapy with Dr Catherine Han and the amazing team at Auckland Oncology.. Regular phone calls and catchups and every 2 weeks coming in for treatment felt like seeing old friends again. I dont know if I could have done this without such an awesome oncology team. Thank you from the bottom of my (and my famiy's) heart.

After my wife and I first met Catherine Han we left feeling that we had someone who was very much in our corner. Catherine recommended a targeted therapy that had been announced as being newly funded that very day. Over the coming weeks as treatment took place Catherine was there for us - including taking phone calls after hours to talk us through any concerns. The wonderful nurses were similarly responsive and empathetic. Thank you Auckland Oncology for my treatment.
