The receptionist was friendly and helpful - they were booked up a month in advance but she put me on a waitlist in case they had any cancellations, and I was able to see the doctor three weeks ahead of my booking because of this. I found Dr. Ng to be very patient and professional, and he was able to direct me on a course of action once it was found that I was not eligible for steroid injections etc. I'd definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr Ngs questioning was comprehensive. My x-rays were displayed and commented on in detail, illustrations from medical books were shown and discussed and a skeleton model used. Dr Ngs physical examination was thorough. The detailed notes he made throughout the duration of my one hour consultation, were revealed in his report to my doctor. The notes could be easily understood by me. All of my questions and concerns were addressed effectively. Thank you Dr Ng for your specialised competence; it was reassuring.

Dishonest admin staff who sends in factual information out and refuses to correct it. She is rude, almost bordering on paranoid delusional. Not interested in the facts or being honest. Doctor Charles Ing makes many assumptions before having all the required information and will only act if he sees $$$ or if he can see a way to make money out of you. So beware, not necessarily in your nest interest but motivated by money. They don't care about you as a patient but more about how much money can they make out of you. When presented with the facts and further information, he could not delineate the issue or would not as he had made to many assumptions and wrote a report in favour of making $$$ rather than in favour of the patient.
