Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy Newmarket

I have an ongoing hip injury and after my cortisone injection I was nervous to get back into fitness. Jono from Newmarket was amazing, he provided me the support I needed to ease back into fitness and techniques on how to manage my hip pain if it ever flares up. Highly recommend!

Had been suffering with constant back pain for a while and been passed around until I found Josh at sports and spinal. Not only has he been able to guide me to feeling physically better but he made sure all factors of my mental health and mindset were aided along the way too. Couldnt recommend a better team to see, cannot go wrong !!

Jonny at Sports & Spinal Physio Newmarket is excellent. I was in a position where the doctors were telling me to have surgery on my back, and I couldn't even walk or sit without pain, let alone run, do a mere squat or turn over in bed. I had crippling agonising shooting pains in my back constantly. Over a period of one year, from hydrotherapy to physiotherapy, mobility and pilates, Jonny coached and guided me from severe constant pain, to near healed, where I am now running, exercising daily, dancing, walking and have almost zero pain, which is incredible. All thanks to the amazing and persistent work of Jonathan Geaves. I am forever grateful. Highly highly recommend.
