        Over the time our daughter had been under the professional care of Dr Max and his highly skilled team, myself and my wife have been greatly impressed with the marvelous results. I would highly recommend our friends to visit Dr Max for their orthodontic needs.

        The receptionist is extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable during an experience where she raised her voice in a very impolite way to convince me the next appointment date she selected was correct when I just wanted to double check with the dentist. I feel I was treated in a wrong way (I should have spoken up right there but didn't have experience to deal with this) and now whenever I think about this I still feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed even when it had happened months ago! Hopefully the owner will see this feedback from his patients and give the proper training to the receptionist on how to treat his patients in a polite way. I have made my decision to stop my son's treatment here.
