TIWAL AUSTRALIA, NZ and the South Pacific

I would first like to say that Melinda has gone over and beyond in her care for customers. She has been responsive and accommodating. The service alone is 10/10. I wanted a boat that was easy to travel with and the fun to sail. I can say that the Tiwal 3 is everything and more. It was easy to setup and move, The bags are a bit heavy. Getting it in and out of the car was a bit tricky with 1 person. It just takes a bit of practice. The sailing experience was fun, light winds it was easy to control. Just a bit more practice required on something above 20knots. I spent a bit of time in the water from being over powered, but was easy to right. The grab rails made it easy to pull myself back on board. I wanted to sail more, in more places and to teach my kids. The Tiwal 3 ticks all the boxes for something portable, easy to setup, easy to pack away.

We love the Tiwal. Easy to assemble and maneuver on the provided beach trolley. The boat is fast and fun to sail, suitable for one or two people and the two rigs ensures it can be used in any wind conditions. The boat is light and responsive. Melinda who we have dealt with is very friendly and helpful, always replies promptly to emails. I have boated all my life in yachts but now in my early 60's this has been so enjoyable and safe to sale.

We bought the Tiwal 2 to enable the girls to be able to practice their sailing skills and explore locations when we are anchored in various bays. We are very happy with the Tiwal and the ability to deflate and pack away when passage making is a big plus. As a sailing yacht it performs well and is stable which is great for the confidence of the kids while sailing.

We have owned a TIWAL for many summers now and I can say that it fits our boating lifestyle perfectly! Prior to our TIWAL experience we took both Optimist and then Open Bic sailing dinghys out on our yacht but only for our annual longer summer cruise. These boats were not soft and were not available for other cruises during the year as they did not fit on-deck comfortably and did not suit all family members getting out there. Our TIWAL is always available, takes much less storage, is soft against the hull and is sized such that it has accommodated four teens and one dog at it's limit! We highly recommend Melinda and her fantastic TIWAL's - the after sale service has been incredible and our boat has been all we were after and more. One totally unexpected win is the comfort on the knees when maneuvering. A great solution for boat, bach or beach!

I purchased my Tiwal from Melinda just over two years ago. It has fulfilled all my expectations. Having previously sailed a Hobie Cat 16', I wanted a simpler Sailboat that did not require a trailer (and Rego), was easy to rig, fast enough to get the adrenalin flowing and also able to take my wife or daughters for a pleasant Sunday Sail. The Tiwal has addressed all these requirements. A great well made Sailboat that gets used nearly every weekend!
