One of our favourite restaurants in all of Auckland, we visit regularly. Their set menus are priced very reasonably, even for special events such as Christmas eve or New Year's eve. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this place. Group of 15 visited prior to christmas, service was extremely bad, clearly the waitress was inexperienced. As a large group we had to have a set menu, no problem with that, however we had gluten free and dairy free people who I had advised them about in advance. Food was shared and was dumped on table and we were not told what we were eating (needed to google) or which was gluten free or dairy free. Insufficient food and the real kicker was we did not get fresh plates for our mains. We had a plate and knife and fork which we used for the starters and were then expected to use for the mains. When asked if we could have fresh plates we were ignored, and when someone approached the counter about fresh plates he was treated rudely. Further there were complaints about drinks not being as ordered, clearly no alcohol in them. Dietary restrictions: They do not appear to cater for dietary restrictions
