    I had low water pressure at my rental property and couldn't get a service guy on the 27th Dec due to a public holiday, Stewart was awesome. Stewart opened the shop, sorted me with the right filter and tools to do the job and explained and showed me how to fix the problem with samples he had in the store. Best service I've come across in a long time.

    I would not recommend anybody purchase a water filter from Stewart. I purchased a water filter system from Stewart Immi after spending half an hour or so on the phone with him discussing our needs. We wanted a filter system for our entire house end Stewart knew that because of space restrictions at a property in brackets we do not have a garage in the water that the unit had to go outside Stewart recommended that we purchase the all with the cover to safeguard the unit from freezing during winter. He advised me that the unit that I wanted was the last one in the country and he would not be getting another one for this foreseeable future because of traffic issues. So as I had not yet had the plumber come to our property to cost for an installation I asked Stewart if I could return the unit if it was not appropriate which he agreed to. Ive purchased are you know it was shipped down when we took possession of a new property and setting in its box until a few weeks later when the plumber was able to make it to our property. Upon inspection of the unit and the property he advised us that absolutely no way way to put the unit outside or it would freeze even with the old with a cover he advised that would be only appropriate to put the unit inside which we do not have room for. I called Stewart to relay what his recommended plumber had told us and he said that in his experience of putting in 4000+ systems on the South Island he had never once had a customer who couldnt install the system outside. I asked him if he would honour his agreement to take the unit back which after a 30 minute phone call Im abusing me he agreed to. We prepared the unit to be shipped back to him and I emailed and hadnt had a response set upon following up he decided that no he was not going to return the unit which cost us almost $9000 . At this point I had to remind him of his two prior verbal agreements that he would return he would refund us for a returned unit as well as the terms and conditions of sale on his website. We did mention that we would be pursuing this with the commerce commission if he did not agree to return the unit as previously discussed. In the end we managed to get him to refund us for the unit excluding the freight which cost us over $700 so we lost a $700 in this transaction with Stewart because the unit that he recommended for us it would not fit our property and did not service because we couldnt stored outside. Apart from the fact that we lost $700 in dealing with Stewart because of his advice he was inappropriate and abusive and highly unpleasant to deal with please see our please see the email exchanged blow.

    We have used UV Water Systems a few times for our filters and UV lights and they have been really helpful. Very knowledgeable and helped us to understand what we needed. We now come back each year for our replacements. Would highly recommend them.
