        I just went in to purchase the last power converter for my overseas trip. I got the staff member to unlock the stand and take it out for me which he did. I was about to go pay when I asked him if they had any more in stock, when another employee came up and took it off him for an online order. He then proceeded to tell me there were none in stock, even though I had it in my hand ready to go pay for it. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have spend thousands in this shop and have had terrible service every time. I had a coffee machine that stopped working that I send away for service, I waited weeks only to find that it had been lost in transit and I had even contacted them 3 times within that period without any progress. I also purchased a dryer and waited 7 weeks for it before I followed up and found that they had sold it to someone else. Genuinely the worst service I have received in any store on multiple occasions. I am usually very easy going but this is just ridiculous
