        Note:This review is based on customer service only, not quality of work. I went to this business for quote on repair, which they sent to me by email. Insurance advised they needed the quote sent directly to them and emailed the business to send it through. One week later, still no email from the panel beater. During that week I sent 2 emails through requesting the quote be emailed through. After checking with insurance on the status of my claim they rang up (at my request as Dominion P&P obviously don't answer emails) and found out that they still need photos for the quote. I went in immediately to get the photos taken. Over one week later and they still have not sent the quote through (note: the quote is done, it just needs photos attached) so I am waiting over the holiday period with a damaged car with everything at a standstill. Ironically, every time I go in the guy is on the computer, yet doesn't answer emails.
