        They let me dry my own hair even though its part of the service, and still overcharged me. The end result was nothing like the photos I showed them. I was told that my Asian hair could never be bleached blond, and balayage is not possible either. Worst salon experience of my life. Do not recommend for any women of colour. Hands down the most racist and unprofessional salon I have been to.
