Was recommended this place but really should not have. Most unprofessional Team Leaders I have ever experienced, attitude towards the new hires was unbelievable. These guys messed up the new hires payroll not once but twice! And nothing happened to that team lead or manager just because. I had a very bad experience with a team lead called Tarita, worst human you could ever experience being with, as well as the Training and development manager who is bad in her own league. Save yourself the hassle and dont join its not worth it

I appeared recently for a job interview for one of Concentrix client /account ( advertised to be one of the top 3 banks in New Zealand (?) and was cleared by phone interviewer a recruiter based in Brisbane who did on the spot credit history check on me while taking my verbal permission which I granted before we could proceed with the first interview question. I presumably passed the first stage due to my answering well to all questions and also potentially due to my skill set and experience as a career banker with almost 20 years of experience . The recruiter on conclusion of successful interview asked me if I had any questions for him after declaring that he is happy to take my candidature further and asked me to go to another place within Auckland for a face to face interview with their bank client / account and 2 specific names were provided. I politely asked which bank it is if I am being sent to a place for a face to face interview (so that I can prepare myself better) . However , I was advised that I would know the name when I go there tomorrow at allocated time at the street address provided . This was seemingly an evasive response and it made me quite uncomfortable if it did not look altogether absurd since as a potential employee I was kept in the dark until the last moment although I could prepare better if the potential employer ( bank name was provided ) rather than just an address with 2 names of the client / account who would potentially interview me . On reaching there, I was advised that both these persons are not there and sounded as if they did not exist there but I was made to sit in a room with broken computer at desk and rubbish papers lying all over and requested to wait before a third person would see me . After about 10 minutes , a gentleman came and asked me to complete another questionaaire form and advised me that he will interview me in 10 minutes on conpletion of the form . I completed the form and was finally interviwed and was happy with my performance at the interview but did not get the name of my interviewer till end except for his job title as a Team Leader which wad a bit of surprise to me again. Lastly , I completed my online assessment sent to me by Brisbane based recruiter in parts (66%) and I needed some help as the computer system would not allow me to save my last assessment result ( 33%) being a typing test despite repeated attempts. I asked the brisbane based recruiter and sender of the 3 assessment tests for help but was advised that my candidature would not be taken further . I was waiting for help and this third surprise was waiting for me in turn in the form of no no further help will be available and you are out of the reckoning. All this gave me to feel that this entire process is an eyewash and a sheer waste of my time and other people time and I would not trust such recruiters who are quite secretive about the process by not telling me which client/account they are representing in New Zealand . Secondly , the face to face interviewer was too shy to disclose his name and was only interested in his designation as a Team Leader trying to prove to me his eligibilty that he will be the person who will interview me in the absence of 2 specific names provided on the interview letter. Lastly , the recruiter would not help me in completing the test but would declare the outcome without completing the full assessment process by proving help sought by the candidate . I have worked with leading NZ and Australian Banks and was shaken by this approach to recruitment . I obviously asked them to delete all information provided to them under Privacy Act due to this uncomfortable feeling about security of my testimonials including photographs and passport copies and have decided to narrate this experience so that prospective candidates can judge Concentrix for themselves and if they wish to waste their time with such recruiters in future based on my bad experience as aforesaid .
