It is very disappointing that after spending tens of thousands of dollars studying with them, they are not prepared to venture out of their templated frameworks to help an ex-student obtain documents that would allow them to enrol in a post-graduate degree at another institute. Their responses have all felt scripted, and there is no avenue to speak to anyone that could help, just constant reference to their predetermined timeframes and responses. Even after taking it upon myself to outline potential other avenues to open up correspondence between the two institutes so that I did not miss out on this opportunity, their response was, "We are sorry for the missed opportunity regarding your studies at ..., and I can understand the frustration this may have caused. If you would like to follow up with your refund, please email the fees department mentioned above, and they will be able to advise."

I've enjoyed being a part of the campus on and off for the past 14 years as a student and as a support person for others. Great professional team, beautiful attitude to communicate with, inclusive, diverse academic environment.
