Wild Poppies

For whatever reason my Easter delivery from Wild Poppies did not live up to my expectations having always had first class service. However the team at WP responded immediately with apologies and promptly sent some beautiful replacement flowers and a box of cupcakes which were delicious. WP went above and beyond to rectify the situation and in a gracious and generous way. All my family abroad know how much I rate Wild Poppies as one of the best florists I have encountered anywhere so I am delighted to also review them as exceptional in the way they dealt with my initial disappointment . Well done Wild Poppies. One happy customer.

Ordered 12 market mixed Tulips. The order was missing several Tulips when delivered. And the few that were sent were poorly presented. Was offered a 15 refund.
