Always feel both my doctors here pay close attention to detail and take the extra care needed. Been given some very good advice here and always treated with respect. Been at this doctor for just over three years now and find them very professional. I have even heard down the grapevine from another friend they knew some one whose life was saved due to these doctors going the extra mile in tests etc and picking up something dangerous and rare. I always found hearing this reassuring. They have always been really good with my toddler also :)

I've been to this medical practice ever since I was a child. Once I started going into the appointments on my own I felt judged, looked down upon and the whole experience felt really rushed. It was always what could be prescribed and follow-up appointments for $$ and things that I knew would always come back negative. My GP would always assume the worst for me, if she were ever there. I just had a hunch that because I'm a teenager they pushed me aside for the older patients. Just disappointed really.

Extremely disappointed with my experience! I recently registered and booked an initial appointment during level 3 lockdown. I understand during Covid there are certain protocols that must be followed etc but I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience. I was told at the door I could only be inside for 30 minutes so lets make this as quick as possible and not to touch anything in the room. During the appointment I was asked whether I had done swabs before in which I replied yes and was told I could do them myself at home to save the doctor getting into PPE and then sterilising the bathroom after I used it. After 15 minutes I was told to go and wait outside while the Doctor typed up my information. She then brought out a bunch of swabs to me with little discretion. No payment was taken at my appointment due to the fact I was more or less pushed out the door as soon as I arrived. I have just received a phone call from a very rude receptionist demanding that I pay my outstanding balance in which I HAVE NOT been invoiced for. I have absolutely no intentions of visiting this practice again and will be registering elsewhere.
