        Highly recommended! We lived in the KDV loft room for 6 months. It was warm and cosy. You will have your private bathroom, and shared kitchen (well equipped) and laundry. The communal area is cleaned every day and remains well organized. Winne, the property manager is super friendly and helpful. Theres also a minilibrary, a board game section and a vending machine in the communal areal which is very convenient. The tenants are also very quiet. Thanks again.

        Affordable, clean & friendly atmosphere for short/long-term rentals. & its great neighborhood too! Cafes, restaurants & other shopping just a stones throw away! (Only downside to that is the VERY limited tenant parking can be hit or miss but street parking is usually feasible)
