One lady was very rude yesterday. It wasn't the Indian lady. It was the other one in a white floral dress. She was pretty rude and didn't even package my items saying they don't need to be packaged. Not happy

The lady who worked New Years Eve was really lovely! It was really busy but she made sure everyone was catered to making sure everyone was happy with their purchases, running back and fourth showing customers choices of items & sales I ended up leaving with a bunch of stuff and left feeling happy about what I got from there.

Purchased 2 necklaces today on a great deal. Always love the bargains in this store. Staff were very helpful and friendly, will definitely shop here again.

This review is for the young lady working at St Luke's Lovisa around 6pm on Nov 18th, with the black oulfit. She had excellent customer service skills. After many terrible and appalling customer service experience, I can say confidently this was one of the best. This is the type of people businesses should be hiring to bring in and keep customers. She immediately welcomed us, asked us how our day was going and had a little conversation with a genuine smile. Well done and keep it up.
