Edit: Just thought I would change this review as it no longer reflects what I think of the store. The store owner responded to me and offered a solution, to resize the jewellery for me. I wasn't aware that was an option, but I am grateful that she made that possible for me. I went back and got it cut down which was the best outcome I could've hoped for. Also very lovely and friendly, and understanding of the situation. I am a long time customer of this store, and I do love their jewellery. However, I unfortunately received some ill advice from the girl working Friday afternoon about nose ring sizes. When I voiced concern about the size of a particular style of nose ring, the girl strongly reassured me that the ring size she was selling me was the same in my nose. I was a little unsure given I have a smaller nose and thus need smaller jewellery. However, I trusted her advice and purchased the ring amongst many other things. . When I went back to the jewellery stand yesterday (not even 24h later) I saw the same girl working (she did remember me), after explaining the situation she apologised and offered a discount for another purchase I could have made. I understand that you cannot do refunds/returns on jewellery due to hygiene purposes, that and you cannot truly tell whether or not I wore it, but the fact that I was told it would be the right size for my nose was incredibly disappointing. She was very lovely and friendly mind you, but as someone who is purchasing jewellery from a jewellery stand I feel like she should've known better than to offer that advice if she was unsure.

I absolutely love this store! The girls are always so friendly and helpful. They always have such a beautiful selection of stylish jewellery at great prices.

Disappointing... Also sensed underlying attitude from your shop assistant - not a good look for the business. It's only $30 but now lining the pocket or paying this shop assitants wages for below average service. I work in health. You cannot catch covid from earrings - it is passed on through saliva droplets hence why we wear masks to cover our mouths o_O 2.15pm Boxing Day 2021
