        Worst customer experience , jogger pants faded in 3 to 4 washes of properly followed instructions. Didnt get the refund for the worst quality jogger pants for which I paid 80 to 100 dollars (cant recall exact amount). Their store manager straight away denied refund

        The store manager has a really bad attitude. Unfriendly and passive aggressive when asked for help. Always comes off frustrated and seems to be in a rush. Unfortunately I have to go here mostly for the clothing as there is no other retail outlet. Wouldnt recommend.

        No cash refunds, went to swap some clothes my wife bought for different sizes and the store didn't have my size in stock. Was told the sizes were available online but that I couldn't use my credit online, nor could they order in my size. Couldn't tell me how long my store credit was valid for either..... very ordinary retail. Go to Barkers for menswear!
