They did not show up to my shop and scanned the item as business closed when I was working full time there. What a joke. Delivery guy is sleeping on the job

Not impressed by the delivery person who was delivering my package - they marked it as delivered when it obviously wasn't delivered to me. I seriously don't understand how a delivery person doesn't ask for an ID and just gives out the package to a random person. I paid $80 for a product I never received, now I have to go through a lengthy process with getting the sender making a claim with NZ Post. It's annoying as, and before this gets resolved, weeks will probably go by. The response from NZ Post was also written in a way like they try to avoid taking responsibility. On call, the guy I spoke with was very helpful, but through emails, I really thought someone is making fun of me. Sometimes I'm really shocked how certain services in New Zealand handle situations like this. Most of the time they just don't care about the customer.

Worst depot ever my delivery is waiting for courier from 2 days and i am still waiting for parcel to be delivered

Nz Courier Post hasn't delivered my parcel but they mark it as delivered. They lost our important documents and avoid taking any responsibility.
