        Sent courier from Sandringham shop and it has been over 2 weeks no one from Nz post or store taking responsibility of the parcel as it has not been delivered not sure if it is lost or misplaced. Trying to get in touch nzpost customer service but they are also not helpful. Pathetic service , not recommend

        Paid for an overnight courier on 29th. Today 6th October and it's delayed. Ridiculous customer service and no clear reason given for delay. Do not use this post.

        half the time there is a handwritten sign up saying the post office is closed (during open hours) and the other half it takes at least 15-20min to get to the front of the queue even if there are only a couple of people in line
