Brilliant customer service. One assistant at the store, who keeps moving from customer to customer rather than finish dealing with one customer first. Will never be back.

Rude, unhelpful woman with a nose ring at counter. Couldnt be bothered looking up when I arrived at the counter. Couldnt be bothered to check if they had specific lenses in stock, as promised, after our call to her with her unfriendly tone. Luckily they did happen to have a pack of them when I ended up turning up there and the other (Im assuming) more senior guy went and looked for them.

I visited this branch to repair my glasses. The store manager is very helpful and Myles, as well. She is very patient and tried to solve my problems. Thanks a lot.

Terrible communication between staff. Have had appointments cancelled without being informed and have had to reschedule multiple times. Was never informed contact lenses had arrived. Team need to work on improving their systems.
