Ed's team painted both the exterior and interior of our house. Not only did they do an excellent job, on time and on budget, but Ed organised and managed a range of other tradesmen including builder, electrician, landscaper and arborist to complete a series of jobs needed to ready the house for sale. Living on the South Island, Ed's proactive approach was invaluable to us, his 'can do' attitude and reliability were immensely appreciated. Restorative Painters arranged for my rental property to be transformed when I put it on the market recently. They not only painted the roof and the interior; they arranged for some building repairs and alterations and some tidying up around the garden as well - a whole lot of work done in a two week timeslot that minimised the period between my tenants moving out and the house being ready for purchasers to look at. I was super impressed by how effortlessly it seemed to happen. Ed made a few good suggestions about additional small things that could be done to improve the presentation and, when I agreed, they just happened with the minimum of fuss as well.
