        1 month ago: Usually a place with consistent service, but recently it has gone backwards, for example the dog wash has been out of order for three or more weeks. Not coming here from next week! Today: another horrible experience - staff think this is some bureaucratic establishment- got told off for not having dog wash card!?! 7 months ago they said we dont have the card but you are in system you dont need the card now 7 months later demanding the card, as if we are manipulating their dog wash place! Random!
