        The plumber is not competent to fix a simple toilet leak issue. He charged me 1.5hrs on the road telling me he looking for parts and unsuccessful. The toilet is not fixed after charging me 2 hrs of duration and call out fees. He then quote me 1 more hr of potential working time trying to fix the toilet, and again need to travel around in cbd to find parts. He give me excuse that he cant find the brand of the toilet to find part But the brand was clearly labelled on the side of the toilet tank and inside the tank which is the most common place to find. An experienced plumber should know that. The leak was fixed by another plumber using less than 30 minutes. Service: Toilet repair
