Really appreciated working with Julie and Sarah to sell my apartment. They were really good at setting expectations up front in what was a challenging market and I appreciated their experience in home staging to really showcase the apartment to the max. Really appreciated Julies in-depth knowledge around the ins and outs of the sale process. Especially valuable for me as a first time seller with lots of questions. Highly recommend.

Sarah and Julie are hands down the best agents Ive ever dealt with. Theres no real estate bullthey call it straight and make the process a fun experience. I recommend them to everyone as I know they care about people more than money. They get the deal done at a great price but dont compromise their values!

Sarah and Julie were both absolutely brilliant. Very personable, very enthusiastic and so very helpful with ideas and things to look out for. Their staging added to ours and the house looked brilliant for purchasers to view. I highly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to ask for their help again when and if we have another property to sell. Thanks so much, you two.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Well, what can I say...... we decided to sell our much loved villa in Mt Eden knowing the current market was pretty tough. We expected the experience to be pretty stressful, but it was anything but. Right from the first meeting Sarah and Julie made us feel relaxed and at ease, we felt completely able to 100% put our trust in them - and that feeling continued throughout the whole selling experience. They are always professional and have a huge amount of combined wisdom about all things "real estate", with a wealth of knowledge and sound advice. But what we appreciated even more was their warmth and care for us. We felt they genuinely cared about us and our best interests, and it wasn't just all about a sale for them. They said to us at the beginning of the process that they put people first, and that is most definitely true. They achieved a great selling price for us after a multi-offer in a tough market. Our selling experience was so positive, and we are so grateful to Sarah and Julie. If you are thinking of selling your home, you can't do any better than these two!
