helena is a lovely person but i do not recommend this place at all. Helena fails to show any photos of complete removals she has done which is clear in the results i had from my two sessions with her. with how much i payed I was gobsmacked to see the little difference made to the tattoo. I understand the results arnt going to come quickly but there was little to no difference to the tattoo which was surprising. I ended up going to a different place which explained to me that the machine helena uses melts the ink and does not break down the ink itself hindering the results. At the new place the results were seen instantly. Another thing to point out is Helena asked why I got the tattoo in the first place which is pretty weird and uncomfortable when your in the process of removing the tattoo itself. I get she was trying to maybe make conversation but it came off a bit judgemental and I felt really icked out of the interaction. The new place I go to never questioned why I got the tattoo and was super understanding, accepting Helena relies heavily on her google reviews and I just want to be honest about my experiences since this was my top search when looking up a tattoo removal place im auckland. please save your money and time and do not go here until helena upgrades her machine to one where it will actually break down the ink particles and she is able to show proof of successful clients who has had their full tattoo removed.
