        Rang to see if a taxi van was available from the airport to home.....was told flat out 'no and we can't help you'.....oh well.....found a better and more helpful company

        Most reliable? I'd say least reliable. We ordered a van to take us from CBD in Auckland to the international airport, booking well in advance. I'm used to taxis being slightly early, so when there was no taxi at the agreed upon time I was already getting sceptical. 10 minutes later with still no sight of our taxi, I tried calling which took another 5-10 minutes to get through. By that time so much time had passed that we took matters in our own hands and got another taxi to drive us.
